I have found Vinson/Haas to be trustworthy and dependable. I always get a clear explanation of what needs to done, and how long it will take. I am pleased by their promptness and the quality of their work.

I just referred my daughter to Vinson/Haas because they are trustworthy, professional and courteous. From the first phone call to completion of my repair I give 5 stars!! I live about 60 miles away and worth the drive. I found my forever auto repair shop!!

I am constantly referring people to Vinson/Haas! Even if they don't provide a specific service needed, I'd check with them on who they would refer you to!

I have a 2004 TrailBlazer LT 4.2L 118K Mileage. Noticed on 7/18/22 that the RPM's were going somewhat erratic. This lead into a MIssfire on 1 or 2 cylinders plus the service engine soon light was on and had a strange smell from the rough idle. I called Amy and she scheduled an appointment, took in on a Thursday and told John to keep it and do what you need to do. I have complete trust in Vincent/Hass as my history with them goes back to the early 90's. They did some diagnostics and found oil in the spark plug wells plus problems with the plugs and ignition coils and boots also replaced some brittle hoses. Based on Johns findings I told him to go ahead and replace all the plugs and all ignition coils as he was already in the area working, that to me was preventive maintenance as John advised me because of the age of the vehicle and to prevent another problem. This is where Vincent /Hass will let you know that they can fix the two that were bad and fix the others that may fail, They leave the choice to you, I chose to have them address all those issues. I now have a brand new truck and will make the 200 K mark. Why would you take your vehicle to anyone else but Vincent/Hass Thank You Vincent/Hass Team

Been a customer for about five years. Never any issues. Only good things to say about these folks - friendly, concerned, professional, competent. NEVER, NEVER try to sell you anything. Only concerned about resolving your issues quickly and, correctly without any drama. I would never go anywhere else.
